Is belief in self the cornerstone of success?

Lasy looking over should smilingYour beliefs dictate your behaviour. Your behaviour causes your results. .But if your results in life (and this includes your body’s health) show a different outcome than you wished, then deep down your actual belief system is flawed and needs to change.

Every action and thing you do is a vote in that direction. Not enough sleep, over working, taking on too much stress, constantly losing sight of your goals, settling for less than you know you can achieve; all these actions and thoughts are the results of a basic added belief system or fixed ideas and agreements with other people who are willing to settle for less in life.

We have to shed all the false beliefs that are not really you, that’s right, write them down and when you have them all written down let them go and put down new positive beliefs that you want and that will give you the results and rewards in life that you deserve.

Tips

  • Write down all the false beliefs that you have adopted in your life. Let them go and then make a list of new positive beliefs.
